Nobody’s perfect, but we always strive to be. In the rare instance that we make a mistake, we want to ensure you have a worry-free after-sales experience.

In the event of an incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are more than 30 days old from the date they were received. Contact us at service@commory.com to confirm the final return address.

We do not accept exchanges. If you do not like the item you purchased, you can apply for a return and repurchase the item you want.

If your order has already shipped:
You will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $10 restocking fee (except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

If your order has been produced but not yet shipped:
You will receive a refund for the original amount paid, minus a $10 restocking fee.
